According to the client's application requirements, experienced project engineers will be dispatched to the client's site to understand the client's operation process and needs, accurately measure the objects and space for operation, and customize a detailed manipulator design plan. After designing the plan drawings, they will be submitted to the client for confirmation.

Production and Installation & Debugging: Upon customer confirmation, production will commence. After the robotic arm is manufactured, we will dispatch experienced installation engineers to the customer's site to oversee installation guidance and perform comprehensive performance debugging until normal operation is achieved. Operation and Maintenance Training: Our training engineers will arrive at the user's site to provide professional training for operators. This includes instruction on proper usage and risk mitigation measures to ensure a high safety standard.

We will provide you with equipment maintenance and necessary repair services, including one-year free maintenance. Throughout the entire period of equipment use, we will always track its operation and deliver high-quality products and close-to-client services.
